This unit is 10' deep and 20' wide, with two garage doors. You can store the same amount as a standard 10x20, but this configuration makes it much easier to find your belongings without having to go all the way to the back of a long unit because the unit is only 10' deep. There is a support beam in the middle of this unit between the doors, so it not sized to fit long, wide items (such as a car or boat). A standard 10x20 is the correct unit for those kinds of items.
